Further information about the event

(1) Registration 

Registration is free but compulsory. Please do register even if you don’t give a talk or present a poster.

(2) Health pass

Due to French public health regulations, a health pass will be required to attend this meeting. 

More info and guidance from the French government regarding the current outbreak of COVID-19 in France here, which specifies that “The French health pass is interoperable with the EU Digital COVID Certificate scheme for travel within the European Union, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland and the Vatican.” 

(3) Lunch

Lunch will be provided on both Monday and Tuesday.

(4) Conference venue

The meeting will take place in the medical school, adjacent to St Peter’s cathedral, located “2 rue de l’Ecole de Médecine”. It’s a 15 min walk from the train station (Montpellier St Roch).

(5) Accommodation

We recommend booking a place in the historical centre (“l’Ecusson”), for instance l’Hôtel le Guilhem (close to the venue) or l’Hôtel des arts (closer to the station). You can also find accommodation here.

Beware ! There are two train stations in Montpellier: make sure you choose the one in the historical centre ("Saint Roch station") if you can. But not to worry, if you choose the other one (Gare Sud de France) shuttles to the centre are available.
